Domaine de l'Eouve

About the estate

The Domaine de l'Eouve estate is located in La Motte in Provence and builds upon a long family tradition. The name derives from the Provençal word for the holm oak. On these historic soils, the winery primarily cultivates vines alongside other crops. Farming is conducted organically and with respect for the environment. Harvesting is carried out manually in small crates, resulting in wines bearing the AOC Côtes de Provence designation.
