The Domaine de l'Envol estate is located in Ingersheim in Alsace and is managed by the Bernard family. Covering 20 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates parcels across various municipalities from Ingersheim to Pfaffenheim. The portfolio includes wines from the Grand Cru sites Florimont, Wineck-Schlossberg, and Steinert, as well as from several Lieux-Dits and Crémant d'Alsace. Since 2010, the estate has farmed according to organic and biodynamic guidelines with the aim of promoting living soils and maximizing the expression of the diverse terroirs.
