About the estate

The Domaine de Gravezon estate is managed by Éric Paillès in Joncels in the Languedoc, who tends to his father's vineyards dating back to the early 20th century. Spanning four hectares of vines, the winemaker cultivates old and forgotten grape varieties including Villard blanc, Grenache, and Aramon. He collaborated with INRA Montpellier to identify and preserve these historical varieties for a conservatory. The production comprises wines under the Vin de France appellation, featuring cuvées such as Cachoterie, Aqueste Cop, Camarade, and La Promesse d’Issiates.

The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Grenache and Aramon.
