About the estate
The Domaine Clos Mané estate is situated on the final foothills of Mount Canigou within the Aspres terroir, comprising a single continuous property with vineyards, cellar, and living quarters. Managed by the family across multiple generations, the estate has farmed organically since 2007. Varieties such as Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Muscat, and Macabeu shape the character of the wines. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, followed by sorting and traditional vinification methods. The selection includes wines under the AOC Côtes du Roussillon and Côtes Catalanes IGP designations.
