Domaine Clau de Nell

About the estate

The Domaine Clau de Nell estate is located in Ambillou-Château in the Loire Valley and was established in 2006. The estate spans twelve hectares of vineyards planted on clay, flint and tuffeau soils, which are farmed biodynamically. The cultivated grape varieties include Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chenin. The winery is managed by a team led by Christian Jacques alongside manager Sylvain Potin. Vineyard management and winemaking are carried out according to biodynamic principles.
