About the estate

The Domaine Chapelle Saint Heyries is a traditional family estate in Gordes in the Rhône Valley, spanning four generations and beginning to vinify its own wines in 1993. The 29 hectares of vineyards are situated on the southern foothills of the Monts de Vaucluse in a favorable exposure. The grape varieties cultivated include Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet, Marselan, Clairette, and Chardonnay. From these grapes, the estate produces both powerful and fruity wines under the AOC Ventoux and IGP Vaucluse denominations. The wines are sold directly at the property as well as through local markets.
