About the estate
The family-owned Domaine Bressy-Masson estate is located in Rasteau in the Rhône Valley and looks back on a history dating back to the 19th century. Founded in 1948 by Marius Bressy, the traditional property is managed in its third generation. The 20-hectare vineyard features a mosaic of highly varied terroirs dominated by marl and gravel. The cultivated grape varieties include Grenache noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Vinification takes place in a recently modernized cellar facility using temperature-regulated concrete vats, followed by aging in concrete, stainless steel, or demi-muids depending on the cuvée.
