The family-run Domaine Bodineau estate produces wine on 40 hectares of vineyards in the Loire Valley. Established in 1850, the property cultivates parcels on the schist and clay soils of the Coteaux du Layon. The grape variety portfolio includes Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grolleau. Farming is conducted according to sustainable agricultural principles. The grape harvest is carried out predominantly by hand.
