About the estate
The family-owned Domaine BERTAU estate cultivates six hectares of vineyards in Montjaux in the Sud-Ouest region. The steep clay-limestone slopes of Candas terminate at the Tarn river and benefit from a tempered Mediterranean climate featuring warm and dry autumns. Martine and Eddi carry out all operations independently on-site, ranging from manual harvesting to bottling. The winery produces wines under the AOC Cotes de Millau and Aveyron IGP denominations.
