About the estate
The young winemaker couple founded the Domaine Baudon estate in 2021 in Parsac en Montagne Saint-Émilion. The estate spans 3.5 hectares of vineyards, which are surrounded by additional woodland and meadow areas. The vineyards are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods while respecting lunar cycles. To tend the soils and prevent soil compaction, the plots are worked with horses. During vinification, the winery focuses on low yields for concentrated wines as well as gentle extraction to achieve fine tannins.
