About the estate
The Domaine Adele Rouze estate was established in 2003 by Adèle Rouzé in Ivoy-le-Pré in the Loire Valley, where she works with the assistance of her brother, an oenologist and winemaker. The property comprises twelve hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc on sand and gravel soils over clay formations. Viticulture is conducted through sustainable farming methods with respect for the environment and local biodiversity. Harvesting is carried out by machine, followed by meticulous sorting and pressing, vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and maturation on fine lees. The wines from the AOC Quincy appellation are distributed nationally and exported to Europe, the USA, and Asia.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to retail, horeca and importers.

C’est un vin blanc sec à la robe jaune pâle brillant. La typicité du sauvignon se retrouve dans une bouche fraiche et acidulée aux saveurs d’agrumes et de fruits blancs.
