The Dirler - Cade estate cultivates 18 hectares of vineyards in Bergholtz in the Alsace region. The history of the winery dates back to 1871 and is currently managed by the fifth generation of the family. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d’Alsace denominations. All plots have been farmed organically and biodynamically since 1998. The estate's prominent vineyard sites include the four Grands Crus Saering, Kitterlé, Kessler, and Spiegel.
