The Cottanera Società Agricola a Responsabilità Limitata estate produces wines in the Etna DOC and Sicilia DOC denominations, which are shaped by the mineral character of the volcano and the mountainous environment. Almost all vineyard operations, including the harvest, are performed manually, with a strong emphasis on respecting the local terroir and tradition. Knowledge is passed down through generations, resulting in refined, elegant, and exceptionally well-balanced wines.
