About the estate

The Costabona estate is located in the heart of the Collio Goriziano and continues a family history that began in the early twentieth century. All vineyards are company-owned and situated on the hills of Collio, where the vines grow on the characteristic local soil composed of marl and sandstone. Cultivation involves high plant densities ranging from eight thousand to ten thousand vines per hectare, with many tasks performed manually. The portfolio consists exclusively of certified Collio DOC wines, featuring native grape varieties such as Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, and Friulano alongside international varieties.
