The family-run Cognac Thierry Pouilloux estate is located in Pérignac in Charente-Maritime, benefiting from an exceptional environment within Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. The terroir features grape varieties such as Ugni Blanc for the production of cognac and white pineau, alongside Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for red pineau. The domain cultivates its vineyards using a traditional Charentaise method with double Guyot pruning. This results in eaux-de-vie, cognacs, and pineaux that achieve maximum quality after a long aging process.
