About the estate
The Clavadetscher Bio Weine estate is located in Malans in the Bündner Herrschaft and has been farmed organically according to Bio Suisse guidelines since 1989. In 2004, the next generation took over the farm from Gody and Annemarie Clavadetscher. Alongside wine, the diverse family-run farm also produces Angus beef, cured meat, organic poultry, and vegetables. The small, select, and Bio-Knospe-certified wine assortment is characterized by powerful, elegant, and varietal traits.
