About the estate
The Císařské sklepy Horák winery is part of the family-run Horák-Farma in Čejč within the Morava wine region, with a history dating back to 1763. The estate cultivates 16 hectares of vineyards under integrated production systems, emphasizing manual canopy management and controlled yields. Harvesting takes place at optimal maturity, and the vinification process combines modern equipment with traditional techniques while minimizing chemical additives. White wines are produced in stainless steel tanks, whereas red wines mature in barrels for twelve to eighteen months.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Gewürztraminer and Rulandské Šedé.
