About the estate
The Cigliano di Sopra estate is situated on a hill in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Tuscany, and looks back on a history dating back to the 14th century. Over the centuries, the historic buildings and grounds were owned by various prominent families before eventually passing to the current owners. Embedded in a 32-hectare property featuring parks, forests, and olive groves, the winery cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards. From these vineyards, wines of the Chianti Classico DOCG denomination are produced. The family of owners continues to inhabit and preserve the historic complex to this day.
