About the estate
The Ciabot Berton estate in La Morra is run by the Oberto family in the fifth generation and traces its history back to 1876. The vineyards are located across prestigious crus of La Morra, including Bricco San Biagio and Roggeri. A core philosophy of the winery is the separate vinification of the various parcels to emphasize the unique personality of the terroir. The current cellar was built in the 1980s in a dominant position overlooking the hills of Barolo.
