The Chubini winery was founded in 2016 by Tornike Chubinidze in Shilda, located in the Kakheti region. The estate focuses on crafting authentic Georgian natural wines using traditional Kakhetian methods in Qvevris. Today, Chubini wines are distributed across three continents while the property also offers boutique accommodation and wine tourism. Lika and Tornike personally manage the family-owned destination, hosting visitors directly for tastings and tours.
