About the estate
The Chiesa Del Carmine estate is situated in a protected valley at the foot of Monte Tezio in the heart of Umbria near the Tuscan border. As part of a multi-year restoration of the privately owned property, a 5.7-hectare vineyard, ancient terraced olive groves, and a truffle wood were established. The organically managed farm produces various organic products alongside wines that can be tasted at the nearby Vineria. The historic center of the estate is formed by a 13th-century church, which together with an adjoining farmhouse serves as accommodation.
