About the estate
The Château Mons-Lagraveyre is a committed wine estate located in Cambes, south of Bordeaux, which was founded in 2016. Across four hectares of vineyards situated on a south-facing slope overlooking the Garonne, the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are cultivated. The estate is managed according to the principles of organic farming, biodynamics, agroforestry, and regenerative hydrology with the aim of achieving high ecological resilience. Due to the terrain and a deliberate technical choice to minimize mechanization, the harvest and essential vineyard tasks are carried out entirely by hand. The wines are produced without additives, featuring gentle vinification, mixed aging in amphorae and barrels, and minimal additions of sulfites.
