The Chateau Mille Secousses et Chateau Mendoce estate cultivates a vineyard area of 15 hectares spread across two slopes separated by a stream in Villeneuve. The soils consist of clay and limestone overlying a permeable limestone subsoil. The production includes wines under the AOC Bordeaux, AOC Bordeaux rosé, AOC Bordeaux Supérieur, and AOC Côtes de Bourg denominations. The vineyards are predominantly planted with Merlot, complemented by a three-hectare plot of Malbec. The close proximity to the Gironde estuary creates a favorable microclimate that supports optimal grape ripening.
