Chateau la Croix des Pins

About the estate

The Chateau la Croix des Pins estate is located in Mazan in the Vaucluse department, ideally situated between Mount Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. The historic property, whose main building dates back to the sixteenth century in a Tuscan style, was acquired in 2010 by Eric Petitjean, who manages the winery alongside winemaker Jean-Pierre Valade and the recently joined second generation. Spanning 37 hectares, the estate has practiced organic agriculture since 1998 and produces white, red, and rosé wines across the Ventoux, Gigondas, and Beaumes-de-Venise appellations. Vinification is supported by a modernized cellar facility equipped for parcel selections and precise grape separation.
