About the estate

The Château Guadet estate manages a vineyard area of five hectares on the limestone plateau near the town of Saint-Emilion in the Bordeaux region. The vineyards are planted with eighty percent Merlot and twenty percent Cabernet franc. Farming follows organic and biodynamic principles with manual harvesting carried out plot by plot. Vinification is natural without any additives, while aging takes place in barrels, amphorae, and large wooden vats.
