About the estate
The family-run Chateau Fontbonne is located in the Bordeaux wine region and has been passed down through three generations. The estate's history began with the arrival of the Palomera family in 1938 and was subsequently shaped by Philippe Renier and his daughter Marie. The production portfolio includes wines from the AOC Bordeaux, AOC Bordeaux rosé, and AOC Bordeaux sec denominations. Among the notable creations is Cuvée Marie, which is produced from old vines of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, the winery combines traditional craftsmanship with ongoing innovation in both the vineyards and the cellar.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
