The Chateau Elixir de Gravaillac estate was founded in 2001 by Xavier and Philippe Guironnet and currently covers a vineyard area of 13 hectares in Civrac sur Dordogne, Bordeaux. The property is located on the Les Graves terroir featuring sandy soils and gravel, which accumulates heat during the day and releases it to the vines at night. The portfolio includes the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Sémilion, and Sauvignon. The wines are marketed under the AOC Bordeaux, AOC Bordeaux rosé, AOC Bordeaux sec, and AOC Bordeaux Supérieur denominations.
