About the estate
The Château du Fesne estate was established in 1982 through the association of two winegrowing families from Faye-d’Anjou and is currently managed by the third generation. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, the family-run business and its vineyards cover approximately 80 hectares. The estate cultivates eight grape varieties, with Chenin, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon serving as the principal varieties. Certified for environmental practices, the winery produces wines under various appellations including Anjou and Coteaux du Layon. Distribution reaches private customers domestically as well as through international export markets.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc. The estate sells to importers. Export markets include United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany and Portugal.
