The Château du Coing de Saint-Fiacre estate is located in the Loire Valley and is managed by a mother and daughter team in a family tradition. The historic property spans 68 hectares of vineyards distributed across different sites including Château du Coing, Château de la Gravelle, and Grand Fief de la Cormeraie. The soils consist mainly of gneiss, gabbro, and micaschist, where grape varieties such as Melon B. and Folle Blanche are predominantly cultivated. Vinification is carried out through parcel selections to produce Muscadet wines and other regional specialties, with certified organic farming practiced on parts of the estate.
