The Château des Trois Sautets is run by three brothers and is located near the Pont des Trois Sautets bridge. The estate cultivates its vineyards within the AOC Palette appellation following organic farming practices. A distinctive feature of the property is the combination of terraced viticulture and the breeding of Rove goats. The animals graze in the vineyards during the winter months, providing natural vineyard maintenance and organic fertilizer. In addition to white, rosé, and red wines, the estate also produces goat cheeses such as AOP Brousse du Rove.
