The Château de Fosse-Sèche estate is a historic property dating back to the Middle Ages, located within the AOC Saumur appellation. Spanning a total contiguous area of 45 hectares, the estate dedicates 15 hectares to viticulture, leaving the remaining 30 hectares to natural landscapes. The winery operates according to organic and biodynamic agricultural methods with a strong focus on biodiversity and environmental preservation. The estate's wines combine freshness and roundness with distinct mineral characteristics. The wines are available for purchase directly through the online shop.
