About the estate
The Chateau de Brague winery is located in the heart of the Bordeaux region on the right bank of the Dordogne near Fronsac and Saint-Émilion. Across a vineyard area of 20 hectares, the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sémillon, and Sauvignon thrive on clay-limestone soils. The approximately 100,000 vines are cultivated by hand throughout the year. The estate produces wines under the designations AOC Bordeaux, AOC Bordeaux rosé, AOC Bordeaux sec, and AOC Bordeaux Supérieur.
