About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Veuve Doussot has been cultivating its vineyards in Noé-les-Mallets in the Côte des Bar for generations. Founded by the Joly family, the estate is currently run by Stéphane Joly in the seventh generation. The Kimmeridgian soils are predominantly planted with Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Every step of production, from manual harvesting to vinification, takes place directly on the property. Traditional methods and long-standing experience shape the character of the champagnes produced here.
