About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Soret-Devaux is located in Colombé-le-Sec in the heart of the Côte des Bar and is run today by the third generation. The history of the estate dates back to 1946 when the first vines were planted. Across a vineyard area of eight hectares, the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier are cultivated. The micro-terroir characterized by Kimmeridgian soils and environmentally conscious methods shape the character of the wines. Farming follows certified sustainable viticulture standards, and a traditional wooden press is used for gentle pressing.
