Champagne Poissinet

About the estate

The family-owned Champagne Poissinet estate has been cultivating seven hectares of vineyards in the Champagne region since 1947. The vineyards comprise 35 parcels situated across various clay-limestone and silty-limestone terroirs in the Marne Valley. The primary grape variety is Pinot Meunier, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Under the direction of Régis Poissinet, the estate follows organic farming practices without the use of herbicides to preserve biodiversity and stimulate soil microorganisms. The application of self-produced compost made from animal matter and grape residues supports the natural balance of the soils.
