The Champagne house Champagne Perseval-Farge is situated in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in Chamery, a Premier Cru classified terroir. Managed across the fifth and sixth generations, the family estate comprises four hectares of vineyards distributed across six lieux-dits. The soils feature clay, sand, and clay-sand compositions. The grape varieties cultivated include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, alongside traditional old varieties such as Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier, and Arbanne. The winery is certified organic and relies on traditional pressing, barrel ageing, and extended lees ageing.
