About the estate
The Champagne Patrick Soutiran estate is located in Ambonnay in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and is run as a family business. The history of the estate dates back to 1971 when Patrick Soutiran founded his company, while the roots of winemaking go back generations. Today, the winery cultivates three hectares of vineyards on chalky soils. The cultivated grape varieties are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from which artisanal Champagnes are produced. Vinification takes place in Burgundian oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, among other vessels.
