The Champagne house Champagne Michel Marcoult Père et Fils is located in Barbonne-Fayel in the Champagne region and is managed by the third generation of the family. The vineyards are situated on the chalky and flint-rich soils of the Côte des Sézannais. The estate works sustainably with methods such as eco-grazing, cover cropping, and hand-harvesting in crates. In the cellar, each parcel is vinified separately with native fermentations and diverse ageing vessels including stainless steel, local wood, and large casks. The portfolio includes characterful champagnes and ratafias.
