The Champagne Michel Laval estate located in Boursault is committed to viticulture that respects local biodiversity and revitalizes the soils. To preserve the character of the terroir, the winery refrains from using insecticides and instead relies on sexual disruption to protect the vines. The objective is to use exclusively natural products in the short term and to minimize the application of chemical weeding methods. Additionally, the producer experiments with cover crops as green manure to reduce human impact on the natural environment. These practices result in expressive AOC Champagne wines that reflect the qualities of their origin.
