About the estate

The Champagne Louis Huot estate is managed in the fourth generation by the Huot family, who took over the winery in 2009. Operating as Récoltants-Manipulants, the growers cultivate a vineyard area of approximately eight hectares in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay across the villages of Saint-Martin d'Ablois, Vinay, Chavot and Monthelon. The vineyards are planted with the traditional grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay for the AOC Champagne. The winery pursues an environmentally conscious approach to viticulture and holds official certifications for sustainable farming practices.
