About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Jil Accariès has been cultivating wines in Dormans in the Champagne region since 1936 and is currently run by the fourth generation of the family. The estate manages a vineyard area of 17 hectares distributed among the Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grape varieties. The approximately thirty parcels are located in Chavenay on the left bank of the Marne Valley as well as in surrounding sectors including Dormans, Soily, Passy-sur-Marne, and Tréloup. The winery operates under certified standards for sustainable viticulture in Champagne and high environmental value. The production combines traditional methods with modern techniques to reflect the character of the local terroir in the portfolio.
