About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Jacques Copin looks back on a history dating back to the late 19th century, when Alfred Copin began cultivating vines and acquired the first plots in 1903. Today, Lucile and Bruno Copin manage the family estate with a vineyard area of over nine hectares, spread across 34 plots in the region around Verneuil. Cultivation is carried out without the use of herbicides, employing organic and biodynamic practices as well as manual harvesting at full maturity. The portfolio focuses on the grape varieties Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The wines are vinified on-site in tanks, oak barrels, and bottles, followed by maturation in the cellars.
The estate sells to horeca and retail.
