About the estate

Located in Barzy-sur-Marne in the Champagne region, the Champagne Fay Michel estate has been cultivating its history since 1695. In 1975, the family began commercializing its own champagne after previously selling grapes to wine merchants. Following the arrival of the next generation, the winery acquired its own pressing, vinification, and storage facilities to ensure complete production control. Today, the estate is managed by siblings and produces wines under the AOC Champagne and AOC Coteaux Champenois denominations. The vineyards are farmed according to certified sustainable agriculture standards.
