The family's winemaking tradition spans several generations, with ancestors having actively participated in the inclusion of the Aube area into Champagne in the early 20th century before establishing their own brand. Today, Eric Patour manages the family estate, situated in a landscape shaped by Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc. On the steep slopes, the winegrowers cultivate the demanding soils with great perseverance. The estate produces traditional Champagnes that are available for tastings directly at the property.
