About the estate
The Champagne Emmanuel Boucant estate has been cultivating its vineyards for several generations in Bonneil, a small village in the Marne Valley. Operating as a Récoltant-Manipulant, Emmanuel Boucant has been producing champagnes independently since 1993 while implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. The vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, pruned using both the Chablis and single Guyot methods. Harvesting is done by hand to allow for a selective sorting of the best grapes used in the vinification of a varied range of champagnes.
