About the estate

The Champagne estate Champagne Dimitri et Severine Bouvier is located in Villers-Allerand in the heart of the Montagne de Reims between Reims and Epernay. The vineyard covers less than one hectare with parcels situated in the communes of Villers-Allerand, Sermiers and Rilly la Montagne, which hold Premier Cru classification. The vineyards are predominantly planted with Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of the region. As independent winemakers, the producers cultivate their vines applying reasoned viticulture practices. The entire production process from the vineyard to the bottle is carried out on the estate in accordance with family traditions.
