The Champagne De Sloovere-Pienne estate is managed across five generations by the mother-and-daughter duo Emeline and Chantal. The winery cultivates an area of eight hectares spanning the Côteaux Sud d’Epernay, Vallée de l’Ardre, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne regions. The vineyards are managed according to sustainable agriculture principles with an ongoing ecological transition. During vinification, the three classic Champagne grape varieties are processed using a blend of tradition and modernity to produce balanced cuvées.
