About the estate
The family-owned Champagne Boutillier Poissinet estate manages four hectares of vineyards in Coeur de la Vallee along the Marne. Established in 1965, the winery is currently run by Cécile Boutillier, continuing a tradition passed down through generations. On clay-limestone and sandy-limestone soils, the property cultivates Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at the estate, producing a range of six champagnes entirely on-site. The vineyard management combines conventional practices with an adaptation to the conditions of each vintage.
