About the estate
The Champagne Boude-Baudin estate is located in Cormoyeux in the heart of the Marne Valley on a clay-limestone soil. The history of the family business dates back to the early 1900s, before the brand was officially created in 1993 by uniting two farms. Today, the family manages the vineyard across multiple generations, cultivating Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and the rare Petit Meslier grape variety. Winemaking involves traditional practices ranging from careful vineyard management to traditional disgorging without freezing the sediment. The bottles age on the lees in the estate's cellars before the champagne is ready for distribution.
