The Champagne Auguste Huiban estate is a traditional family winery located in Jonquery in the heart of the Marne Valley, spanning five generations of history. The family began vinifying their own grapes as early as 1880 after previously working as growers and grape suppliers. Today, the estate is managed following the tradition passed down to Isabelle Huiban and Eric Ammeux, who later introduced a second brand to the portfolio. The vineyards are cultivated according to sustainable farming practices with official national environmental certification. The core of the production focuses on Pinot Meunier as the dominant grape variety of the region.
